Thinly slices sweet potatoes, baked until crispy. These yummy options are filled with vitamins, complex carbohydrates and proteins. They keep you feeling full and satisfied for long, thus can even replace a meal. Great source of energy. Consume during the day.

Although they contain lots of sugar, it is still considered a healthy snack. Full of vitamin A and helps boost metabolism. It’s so yummy even kids will love it. A healthier option to candies and artificially sweetened fruit juices. Slice mangoes into thin strips and bake. Flip sides occasionally to avoid over cooking on one side. Cool and store in air tight containers.
A cool treat that is both refreshing and yummy. Great during the summer. Mix unsweetened yoghurt with honey and fruit bits of your choosing. Sprinkle some heart healthy dark chocolate and pour into individual mini moulds. Freeze and enjoy. Full of all sorts of goodness. Un-guilty pleasure indeed.

Great soft chewy cookies with no flour. Very healthy option that’s filling. Wisk bananas, oatmeal, egg, milk, peanut butter and honey and bake. A great breakfast replacement that’s completely satisfying. Bake and share with friends and family. And as you enjoy these great snacks, you might just forget that they are the ‘healthy options’.
